Applications are invited for award of PhD scholarships for faculty of public sector universities that have HRD component in their PSDP projects.

Eligibility criteria:
  • Pakistani/AJK nationals 
  • Minimum 18 years of education 
  • First division in final exams / 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA
  • 50 % marks in HAT
